I've spent a decade working directly with founders and leaders, helping them communicate clearly, build credibility, and execute on the things that actually matter. From capital raises, mergers, acquisitions, investor roadshows, and an IPO to internal alignment and change communications, company rebrands, and product launches. Not from the outside looking in, but embedded in the work.

Since launching Wright-Sized Communications, my approach to hands-on, execution-focused communications has carried into work with fintech companies, international firms, and growing small businesses across a wide variety of industries.

2014 – 2018
Communications Lead — Star Management
Led rebrand contributing to a property acquisition within 3 years, adding $20M to the company's balance sheet. Managed PR, social media, digital marketing, and stakeholder communications.
2018 – 2024
Intern → Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO — Publicly traded Fintech
Built the corporate communications, investor relations, and executive operations function from scratch. Managed IPO roadshows, board meetings, acquisition messaging, and company-wide summits.
